About Our Society

Founded by smallholder farmers, Magharibi Farmers’ Cooperative Society (MFCS) is a voluntary, member-driven organization committed to financial inclusion and agricultural growth through consolidation, aggregation, and value addition strategies. Registered, licensed, and operating under Kenya’s Cooperative Societies Act, we serve communities by providing affordable financial products to farmers and micro-entrepreneurs.

Our journey began with a simple desire to meet during happy times and celebrate life. Today, we are on a path towards becoming a licensed microfinance institution and, ultimately, an agricultural commercial bank
